Horseradish Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup sour cream
1 Tblsp apple cider vinegar
3 Tblsp prepared horseradish root
1 large garlic clove (chopped or juiced)
steak seasoning (to taste)
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk with a fork. Best when chilled.
