Carrot Salad
Ingredients:
1 bag baby carrots
1 Tbsp. ghee or butter
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsp. olive oil
paprika
salt
pepper
Directions:
1. Mix baby carrots with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Sautee with ghee or butter.
2. Pour in bowl and add vinegar and olive oil.
